In this talk, we will share the experience of integrating and testing for the OPEN-O project. The OPEN-O community were able to integrate 40 upstream project source code repositories and have the first release (SUN 1.0) delivered and deployed in multiple labs with vendor’s networking devices in 5 months’ development time. We will also introduce the automation tools for lab equipment and network provisioning, VIM provisioning, continuous integration tools with Docker, Ansible, and Jenkins etc.

OPEN-O is an open source project backed by the Linux Foundation that enables telecommunications and cable operators to effectively deliver end-to- end services across Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) Infrastructure, as well as Software Defined Network (SDN) and legacy network services.
