Dr. Dick Chen is currently a Principal Architect in the corporate CTO Group in ZTE, focused on new technology and product strategy.  Prior to joining ZTE, he had worked for BNR/Nortel, GDC, and Alcatel, where he held various positions in product R&D, strategic planning, marketing, and standards development.  His current professional interest includes SDN/NFV, future network architecture and evolution. He also serves as a member of the OPNFV Board of Directors.
