Prashant is VP and Chief Product Officer at Big Switch and leads product management, strategy and technology alliances. Prior to Big Switch, he spent 10+ years at Cisco in enterprise and data center switching, including Cat6K, Nexus 7K and Nexus 1000V.  He was also CEO and co-founder of Rohati Systems — a data center security company acquired by Cisco. Prashant holds a PhD. in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
